At Electronics Repairs, we strive to provide timely and reliable repair services. To ensure efficient
operations and fair use of our storage space, we kindly ask all customers to collect their repaired
devices promptly upon completion.
Policy Details:

  1. Notification of Completion
    Customers will be notified (via phone, SMS, or email) once their device repair has been completed
    and is ready for collection.
  2. Collection Period
    Customers are required to collect and fully pay for their repaired devices within 60 calendar days
    from the date of the completion notice.
  3. Uncollected or Unpaid Devices
  • If a device remains uncollected or payment remains incomplete after the 60-day period,
    Electronics Repairs reserves the right to sell, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the device to
    recover the cost of parts, labor, and storage.
  • Any proceeds from such a sale are non-refundable and may not be returned to the customer.
  1. No Further Notice
    Electronics Repairs is not obligated to provide further reminders after the initial notification of
    completion.
  2. Liability Disclaimer
    Electronics Repairs is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disposal or resale of
    uncollected or unpaid devices after the 60-day period.
    By leaving your device with us for repair, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
